“Since buying our Jayco 25RB, have had it over at Lone Star twice. Each time the issues were resolved and have had no further issues. Crystal in service listened and took care of everything. Called me when issues were resolved. Very professional and courteous. Rachel in parts also. The service Tech explained what he had found and was very helpful. I had bought a different truck while it was in service. When I picked up, he adjusted our hitch for us to make sure we were good, at no charge. “I didn't look at the new campers, I just ran inside and bought some parts for an old camper. They have a catalog that would rival the old catalogs your mom would give you and say circle some things you want. I think it might have been Sears that had the big catalog. So their catalog is as big, and if you have a bunch of campers, or A camper it's fun to look at. The lady got my part in two minutes. And they were funny. Reasonable price. I'll definitely be going right there for all my camper needs in the future.”
